Japanese Noted Foods   Hot Water Cracker
 Report

The "Hot water cracker" is a noted product of the Nagasaki Obama hot spring. The Obama hot spring is an isosmotic hot spring. It is a comparatively deep hot brine spring. It is this "Hot water cracker" that was made using that hot water. It is said that it is delicate to which timing the quantity of a hot water is put in how much.

Apparently, it is visible also like a wafer by touch similar to the gaufrette of Kobe. The size is about 8cm in diameter. A smell is also just like that of a wafer. When it eats, it is the touch which made the wafer slightly hard. There is a peculiar scent also similar to a "Nanbu" cracker faintly.

When it says at a word, it is a quite simple cracker of touch called a wafer + cracker. It is not bad if it eats. It may be a different taste if a fresh baked cracker is eaten locally.
