Japanese Noted Foods  Yamada Raw Rice Cracker

There is much the wet rice cracker in Japan. But, the raw rice cracker is new. The rice cracker which came to hand in the souvenir store is large, and deep-black. This is not cuttlefish sumi. Since the taste cannot be imagined, it does not look deliciously. By the same maker, the direction of the baked rice cracker looks delicious.



This is a somewhat larger rice cracker than a grown-up palm. It entered abreast in the bag as ten sheets. A smell is a scent of sesame, and it is the greenish gray rather than deep-black. Pains were taken for a while to dissociate. When it bites and tears off, it is touch of rice cake. If it says simply, it will be the hard rice cake containing sesame.

If it bakes in oven, it is fragrant at crunchness. It may be up to person whether it is nice.
