The noted product of Fukui is grilled and is mackerel. The grilling pressed
mackerel sushi which made it sushi is also popular. Not marinated mackerel
but the grilled mackerel is put on vinegared rice. It grilled, and since
the mackerel which worsens easily at summer was saved, mackerel was invented.
Seemingly, grilling finely will be very difficult for it, since mackerel
has much fat.
The "grilled pressed mackerel sushi" of the lunch of an airport is sold at these days in Haneda Airport.

If a package is opened, the grilled mackerel is on sushi rice. The break
is attached so that it may be easy to eat. There is the smell of sushi,
and the smell of the grilled mackerel. Ginger and shiitake mushroom are
inserted under mackerel. Unlike touch of marinated mackerel, if it eats,
it is free from vice, and it has made so that everybody may be eaten. It
is a taste easy to eat like canned food. It came to the portion of thickness
and there has been the taste of mackerel at last.
The president, Michiko, had said on television, "The skin will not be torn, if secret sauce is applied and it grills twice". And, she said that grilled sea bream sushi is sold shortly.
