Yamagata is a producing district of a famous grape in Japan. The winery of 11 companies is in Yamagata. Yamagata is a basin in geographical feature and its difference of temperature is acute. It is suitable for cultivation of a grape.
It is difficult to tell the taste of wine. Since I like beer, wine is seldom drunk. But I have bought the wine currently recommended in the store of the sightseeing product of Takahata-cho.
If a smell is smelled for the time being, there will be a peculiar smell in wine. When contained in a mouth, it is wine of the sour taste of the clean touch. Although there is a little bitter taste, I think that it is Japanese liking too. Probably it is nice. Although he had bought the thing from a foreign country affectedly a long time ago, it was not able to drink at all. Japanese wine is good too.
