The "Uzuimo" of the Tokushima specialty. The "Uzuimo"
is really what. As for this "Uzu", something surely has a meaning.
I want to eat from such curiosity.
It got, and although I understand, this "Uzuimo" was a brand
name of Japanese sweets. since -- I think that originate in "Uzu"
(: whirlpool) of Setonaikai

Appearance is the dried potato. But, it is wet touch. Sugar is likely to adhere to the purple skin and it truly seems to be sweet. When the largest potato is eaten, it is sweet too. Tea is required. Whatever it may call it, I think that this potato itself is nice.
The "Daigakuimo" is one of the things similar to this. Sugar
was covered over the sweet potato sweet from the first, and it was made
still sweeter. It is very wonderful food. A nice thing is nice, but...
