Japanese Noted Foods  Shiroishi Noodles
 Report

The "Shiroishi-Umen" is Japanese noodles that making by hand. Photographs are noodles which were eaten at the long-established store of local Shiroishi-shi and which are called taste 3 color. Three kinds, sesame, a walnut and soy sauce -- it eats by sauce. It is very unique to eat Japanese noodles by sesame or the walnut!

The feature of these noodles is not using oil. Edible plant oil is being used for common thin wheat noodles in the stage of manufacture.

Noodles are noodles with round thickness like a "Hiyamugi" noodles, and whatever it may say, the feature is a short thing. Probably, I think that it is only a half of ordinary noodles. The decent way of eating can be done because of this shortness. I think that the taste and feel of noodles are different from neither a "Hiyamugi" noodles nor thin wheat noodles. But something is nice.
