Japanese Noted Foods   Eel Pie Cake
 Report

The Hamanako specialty, the sweets of night, an eel pie. This captures the heart. Since it is called an eel pie, as it is, there will be a secret. It seems that then, the eel powder is contained too.

It is not only it. They are the sweets of night. This is not because eel powder and a garlic are contained. It had written "I want you to pass a time of a pleasant time with a family with an eel pie". It is merely only it. How can they say such a thing?

It is crunchness when it eats. Small rock candy is sprinkled. They are long and slender spiral sweets. But it is not so sweet. I feel that it ate by somewhere for this taste. The "Genji" pie of that form of Hart is resembled. But this is nice in it being unexpected. It is likely to grow into a habit.
