Japanese Noted Foods   Tsuruko Steamed Bun
 Report

Seemingly, Hachinohe noted product Tsuruko-Steamed-Bun originates in the crest of "Nanbu-han". Since it is sold near local Kushibiki "Hachiman-gu", it is loved as Tsuruko-Steamed-Bun of "Hachiman".

It has worked together with the graduate person of Hchinohe. But, as a matter of fact, having got this Tsuruko-Steamed-Bun with the souvenir does not have once, either.

Appearance is terrible when it takes out from a bag. The white powder concerning the surroundings is like the powder of starch. When it takes out from a bag, it is certain first to spill to all over the place. When it cuts in a half, inside looks also like chocolate-steamed-bun. If it eats in fear, there will be a taste like bean paste. Something is bitter-tasting for a while, and it is not so sweet. Completely unlike appearance, I am surprised.

It just called it steamed filled dumplings with much quite simple powder. It is hardest that powder scatters, when a bag is opened.
