There are a lot of oranges which will be instead of small citrus vinegar
in a Japanese southern area. It's said that they call it "vinegar
orange" vulgarly. Something popular is citron in it. The Sudachi isn't
used so much by ordinary homes, so I have eaten at a diner and a Japanese-style
hotel. Moreover I don't remember what kind of taste it was.
Sudachi is the kind near the citron and is citrus fruits of Tokushima origin.
The color is green with the size of the golf ball. The peculiar refreshing
fragrance and flavor seem to be the feature. Even if it becomes yellow,
it's said that the effect doesn't change. But something blue is liked.

The fruit juice which lasts long will be tried this time. When it's put
in wheat shochu and it's tried for now, it seems to be lemon, and is the
fragrance like the lime. It's fruit juice, so it's lacking in freshness
a little. The fragrance a citrus stimulates isn't felt. If it's raw Sudachi
surely, I think the fresh fragrance can be enjoyed. But even this has the
peculiar scent like lime, and it's good.
