Have You eaten "Soka rice cracker", everybody?
In food hygiene registration, They seem to call the rice crackers which
applied and baked soy sauce by the round shape "Soka rice crackers".
"Soka rice crackers" sold them at gift corner in a convenience
store in neighborhood the other day, so I thought it was strange. But I
was convinced with this.
But the worry is unnecessary. Noble "Soka rice crackers" exist.
60 stores of store of rice crackers is also in Soka-shi, Saitama, and it's
a grave production district of rice crackers. The taste of "Soka rice
crackers" isn't single, and it's said that each store is displaying
the various originality.
(After that,※ seems to have registered "Soka rice crackers" as
a trademark in 2007.)
This thinks I have no different points from the rice crackers which are
being always eaten. But it's good. The feeling that soy sauce sticks to
a hand is rice crackers. It isn't resigned from by one. Though it's time
of the dinner soon, it doesn't stop.
