Japanese Noted Foods   Salt Sweetened Bean Paste
 Report

The whole country has many places which are using Salt sweet bean paste as the noted product as it is unexpected. It is to the place of production of the salt near marine mostly so that it may think ordinarily. But, it is also in an area also unexpectedly distant from the sea mostly. Why is it? It is because it is the land which prizes salt too. Probably, there is a festival related to salt etc.

The appearance and the smell of this are ordinary a sweet bean paste where anything does not have a change. When it eats, there is little sweetness and it is a sweet bean paste which also feels a salty taste. wait -- while eating, it is the touch which boils gradually and sweetness amplifies. I feel that there is also much sugar that it is unexpected. Is it a cause of salt? It is ordinarily nice.

It may be somewhat soft when compared with ordinary a sweet bean paste.
