It will be a town of salt if it is called Ako-shi, Hyogo. Now, the salt made from the sea water in Setonaikai serves as a brand. These salty steamed filled dumplings were in such Ako from ancient times. It is an excellent piece of Ako. I will think inevitably whether if a name and a photograph are seen, an outside white portion is salt. What taste is really it? It is as uneasy as expectation and full.

Such pure white steamed filled dumplings have not been seen. Although the white portion of the surface will suspect for a moment that it is salt, it seems to be not salt but dried sweetmeats. The smooth sweet beans felt sweet like a sweet bean paste are inside contained.
In Naka of existing sweets, I think that it belongs to a quite sweet category. Is this sweetness a cause of salt? It also tastes very much that existence of salt is felt for aftertaste, and it is deep.
