If it goes to Kochi, Shimanto River laver boiled in soy sauce sells. Shimanto River is not the sea. I think anew that a laver can be taken also on a river. But it was not heard on other big rivers. Shimanto River is called last clear stream. a laver eaten could be taken since it is a beautiful river.
When it was memory when going to Kochi, this Shimanto River laver and many lumps of a dried bonito sold. a plane for shaving a dried bonito was also in the corner.

It eats after a long time. It is nice, when it applies to boiled rice and eats. The spontaneous purple currently sold usually is carrying out the dark-red color. But, this is the black green of the good laver. Boiled rice is eaten only with the laver and other dishes are likely to remain.
This is the touch which sweet taste has, although there is also saltiness. This is nice.
