Japanese Noted Foods   Isami Shochu Jelly
 Report

Isami of Kagoshima called white distilled liquor of a phantom is the white distilled liquor which is not obtained easily. It is said that the jelly using the Isami is given to a dessert in a high-class restaurant. If it is such white distilled liquor, I want to drink, and to also eat the jelly.

It is contained in the a container to the extent that a small-sake-cup was somewhat enlarged. If a lid is opened, most smells cannot be found and it is water-white. When it licks just for a moment, sake is resembled and it is somewhat sweet touch. If it saves and eats with a spoon, by the same taste as a smell, there is no scent of white distilled liquor and it is very simple. It is elastic in jelly being unexpected. This is a grown-up taste. A child forbids.

I think that this should consider a dessert.
