It is in Murone-mura (it is Murone-cho, Ichinoseki-shi now) in Iwate from ancient times, and they are famous steamed filled dumplings in this area (it is quite local). However it may see, it is steamed filled dumplings, but it is a name of why or a bean-jam bun. These days, being forgotten away is slightly anxious.
Although this white bean-jam bun will seemingly be imitated and made in other stores, seemingly, the very much same thing cannot be made.
If it eats and sees after a long time, nothing has changed. The sugar sprinkled on the whole surface is intense, and hard on the body for a while. It is touch like Japanese sweets and white bean-jam is inside contained literally.
These sweets currently truly made from Meiji 4 have old history. Old persons eat saying that it is nostalgic. If these sweets were in ancient times, they must surely have been quality articles.
The numerousness of this sugar is somewhat tight to a man of today. But, I think that charm will be lost if this sugar is lost.
