Japanese Noted Foods   Nada's Sake
 Report

Speaking of sake, the Tohoku district which is also a home country of Nanbu-brewer, and Niigata of a rice-producing region will be first. I, the amateur, considered. But, in fact, that is not right. It will be "Nada" if it is called sake.

Why did Nada's Sake become famous? It is beginning that it made the alcohol which was finely transparent at the Edo period. It is said that about 30 percent of the national share of the area of five Nada's is formed even now.

It is mellow taste, when there is the sweet scent of sake and being contained in a mouth. It is nice alcohol which is very easy to drink. I think that this alcohol is good to drink after cooling.

I will stop saying the thing of sake this way and that. (since it is scolded by a connoisseur)

As for sake, it was common to have drunk with hot sake a long time ago. But drinking as it is now is common.
