The Aomori apple is the fruit known nationally. A kind called "Fuji"
is also especially called king of an apple. Of course in Japan, it is growing
all over the world.
Attention is attracted as many polyphenol is contained recently. It is fruit popular also in Europe.
As for the apple, nutrition is choked up between the skin and flesh. But, it is most delicious to strip off the skin and to eat a fruit. Transparent sugar was contained in this apple. It looks very deliciously. When it eats, it is the delicacy with which sweetness and sour were mixed.
Even if transparent sugar enters too much, it is useless and does not hope that it is too few. It is difficult to judge the time of harvest.
Until now, the surrounding leaf of the apple was taken, sunlight was applied to the apple, and it was made red. The method which does not take a leaf these days but makes nourishment attracts attention.
