I think that there is individuality in the Kitakata ramen noodles clearly. Kitakata ramen noodles bought in the supermarket, Kitakata ramen noodles eaten in the neighboring prefecture in Fukushima, Kitakata ramen noodles eaten in Fukushima, Ordinary soy sauce ramen noodles eaten in the Kitakata neighborhood. Each is a taste of the same system and they are soy sauce ramen noodles with a nice thin color with the substance of sweet touch.
But, something is different if it goes to Kitakata.
When it goes to actually eat to Kitakata, there are many stores. When eaten in the store chosen indifferently, it had become a variety of ramen noodles instead of the system of the Kitakata ramen noodles. Where on earth did the Kitakata ramen noodles go?
The ramen noodles which went to eat a long time ago were the tastes of
the Kitakata ramen noodles. And I thought that real ramen noodles were
still nicer. But, ancient times were differed from when it went to the
store same these days.
(I think that there is a store which makes the Kitakata ramen noodles delicious of course even now.)
