Is the Oyaki known? I think that Japanese people have an image of the Oyaki.
But, there are kinds various in fact and, seemingly, each will be called
a Oyaki. For example, they are "a thing using baking powder",
"the thing which was not used baking powder", "the steamed
thing", "the thing which was not steamed", etc. Furthermore,
the contents of a Oyaki are also various.
It does not understand, unless it eats the thing containing nozawana by
a Oyaki of the originator's Shinshu too.

Although an outside is the broiled rice cake, the contents are the Nozawa
pickled greens. It is flour although I thought that it was rice cake. It
seems that flour also becomes like rice cake. Since it is baking at oil,
a hand is stained with oil just for a moment. Too, it is nice while it's
hot.
Probably this may be divided into a nice store and the store which is not so.
