It originates that "Oote" of Oote Steamed Bun of the noted product of Okayama had a store in the Okayama castle front gate. It is slightly regrettable although it hoped that there might be the origin which excites interest more. Although there was Oote Steamed Bun also in Nagaoka in Niigata, it was attached from the store having been located also here in the front gate of the Nagaoka castle.
Although it is not related, if it is called "Oote", it will be shogi too. "Oote" is the same meaning as the checkmate of chess.

This has been seen by somewhere. A smell is likely to be a smell like the steamed filled dumplings of alcohol, and seems to be very delicious. It is a size like a ping-pong ball. A surface pattern is pleasant. When it eats, it is the touch which made dough of the steamed filled dumplings of alcohol very thin, and inside is simple bean-jam. All are bean-jam when it says simply. The place in which there is the scent of alcohol is an accent.
This added flavor is also in the scent of delicate alcohol, and simple
bean-jam. I am not disagreeable.
