Momiji-manjyu    Report I did not know the Momiji-Manjyu. But, it became famous suddenly by the material of the comic dialog at the time of a comic dialog boom. It seems that it was made at first in Miyajima of the three most famous views in Japan. But, it is made from these days in many candy stores in Hiroshima. Since dough is sponge cake, there are many kinds of jam(s) now. In the sponge cake dough which is the form of the maple, jam is contained at least for the half. jam does not have self-assertion, matched sponge cake, and has balanced these whole steamed filled dumplings. jam is a whitish and reddish brown thing. Although it is not so much characteristic steamed filled dumplings, also indulgently there is nothing and it is nice in it being unexpected. It has eaten instead of breakfast today. The "Ningyo-Yaki" of Tokyo is resembled.
