Speaking of bean paste, it remembers the dark-brown miso of Nagoya. It seemed to be mud when muddy miso soup was drunk. But it was nice miso soup.
It came to Sendai and got to know that bean paste was famous. A bean paste
store is located in the main street in Sendai, and it was surprised that
the visitor was coming very well. Sendai bean paste is rice bean paste
made of rice malt. And it is dry dark-brown miso. A soybean is steamed
and salt is mixed with koji after cooling. It is made to ripe ten months
or more by natural brewing. It is quite serious.

If a package is opened, the scent of the bean paste which seems to be delicious will drift. It is nice even if it licks then. The thing with the prototype of beans is contained for a while. I want to have come to eat some bean paste rice balls.
These bean paste is casually drunk as miso soup every day. This dark-brown
miso excites appetite from a color. Since it is salty, it is bean paste
in which there is the taste firmly. I like it.
