In Nakatsugawa-shi, Gifu, no less than 12 tuck shops of Chestnuts-Kinton are located. It is said that Chestnuts-Kinton of the taste which is different, respectively is made. This is a rare thing.
Was this Chestnuts-Kinton not a dish but sweets?

When the lid of the jar was opened, the brown chestnut with astringent
inner skin was contained. It has covered with Chestnuts-Kinton which the
lump dried together. If it digs, the grain of the azuki bean is contained
in the direction of a bottom.
Since it had written that it mixed and ate, it did. Especially even if it mixes, there are no signs that it changed, and it is dry. It seems that it only mixes and only eats. On the whole, it is a taste of a chestnut, and there is also flavor of an azuki bean.

more sticky.)
Although the meaning included in a jar is not understood, this jar is a jar which he wants to put in a pickled plum and becomes. It is a jar of the very much good Mino ware. I feel that it is better to put in and sell a pickled plum.
