Japanese Noted Foods   Dome Yubeshi
 Report

They are the sweets of the big yuzu citron seen by chance. It is a thing unbearable to a Japanese-sweets lover. It cannot overlook at all. It will look deliciously however it may see. Is the price 1500 yen? It does not accumulate.

The "Dome Yubeshi" removes the contents of the yuzu citron, and kneads and packs the material and glutinous rice of a secret. It was steamed repeatedly and about four-month dehydrated at natural dryness. Seemingly it is one-time manufacture for a year. It is an indeed expensive reason.

If a package is opened, the scent of a yuzu citron will drift. It is a terrible intense scent. It is very large! If it cuts with a kitchen knife, it will be hard and will be hard to cut. Since it is expensive, it will cut so that it may shave off. When it eats, it is the touch which is eating a yuzu citron too.

Indulgently, it is a grown-up taste. Inner rice cake is also firmly hard to chew. I consider like the sweets in another world. Seemingly it returns to the taste immediately after manufacture, and will be very delicious, if it steams.

Several days after. This "Dome Yubeshi" had become some salads. (Somehow I am sorry)
