Although a "Leaf pie" is the sweets eaten somehow, it seems to be the sweets born to 1964 in Hotel-New-Otani.

Although it is easy to eat, these sweets are considerably complicated if it often sees. Appearance is a form of a leaf and inside is the piecrust which became many layers. It is made applying a "Leaf pie" for many days. The human being who does to there is a wonderful animal.



If the piecrust which overlapped with many layers is eaten, there will be sound in it snappily. It is very wonderful that surface crystal sugar is not so sweet. The light taste of touch will forget how many it ate. It does not stop.

This was unexpectedly nice. The whole is made from exquisite balance. This delicate form of a leaf and unevenness are likely to have influence also on the taste.

Materials : wheat flour, existence salt butter, ecdysis almond, granulated sugar, cinnamon
