The "Kyuman" is in the "Konpira" noted product of Kagawa
Prefecture. It is a temple town of "Kotohiragu" of God of the
sea called by his nickname of "Konpira-san", and is the noted
product its reputation is built up from ancient times. "Kyu"
of "Kyuman" is "Kyu" of Japanese reading of "Moxibustion".
The form resembles Moxibustion. It is simple naming.
The store here is doing "Kyuman" Japanese noodles and a "Kyuman" art museum. It is surprise. It is uncanny.

Appearance will be reminded of "Hiyoko" of the souvenir of Tokyo or Fukuoka. If it eats, it is just like that of "Hiyoko" too. Although a grain like starch appears as for inner bean-jam, it will melt, if it puts into a mouth. It is ordinarily nice well. I think that there was what also resembled the steamed filled dumplings which Yamazaki sells.
Did this exist in the Edo period? I think that it was overly high-class confectionery if it was. Or has it changed with the time?
