Japanese Noted Foods   Kawanakajima Chestnut Battle
 Report

When I buy the "Toge-no-Kamameshi", they are the sweets bought together. They are the steamed filled dumplings which were connected with the "Battle of the Kawanaka island" of Shingen Takeda and Kenshin Uesugi, and were made. Since I like a chestnut, I have bought it. It is merely a reason of only that. Saying to others does not have anything.

Incidentally "Toge-no-Kamameshi" omits the mail order for food hygiene. (As of 2005)

They are steamed filled dumplings of the brown which is the form of the chestnut. They are two kinds of steamed filled dumplings which sprinkled black sesame and white sesame. There is the smell which seems to be delicious. When it eats, the steamed filled dumplings of black sesame are smooth sweet beans of an azuki bean. The steamed filled dumplings of white sesame are the white bean paste containing a chestnut. Although tastes are steamed filled dumplings which often exist, they are fairly nice. The flavor of sesame matches. They are the steamed filled dumplings also with pleasant appearance which the balance was able to take.

It is a good oven-baked cake with chestnut. Since it is sweet, tea is required.
