Speaking of a "Kiritanpo", probably it twists boiled rice around
the wooden stick currently sold at the tourist resort in Akita, and those
who visualize what attached and grilled bean paste also require it. If
I also look at it, since it seems to be very nice, it will buy and eat,
but it has not met with a nice thing once.
A "Kiritanpo" says the thing of one-pot dishes in Akita. In short,
eat with one-pot dishes. "Kiritanpo" makes new rice (regular
rice) half-crushing, and winds it around the stick of a Japan cedar tree.
Odate-shi is the home also as a basis and it seems to be very ordinary
home cooking in "Odate" of Akita.

A "Kiritanpo" dish is the entertainment which boiled rice is
not needed and eats only cooking. If it says by force, it is better for
there to be also a local brand of sake. There are "Kiritanpo",
a chicken, a mushroom, a peculiar scent of an auction, and taste. Since
grill boiled rice is moreover beginning to melt, it is a thing different
from an ordinary dish. Especially the taste of a mushroom suits this dish.
(If it can do, the Hinai native chicken soup will be used.)
When this dish becomes the next day (the remainder the previous day), in addition, it is nice. It becomes the touch which "Kiritanpo" was beginning to melt into juice and also resembled risotto. Eating only cooking at first had a little resistance. It got used recently. It is a dish with which the body gets warm in cold winter.
