If there is a "Kin-tsuba", isn't there a "Gin-tsuba",
either? It seems that it became a name of "Kintsuba" over Edo
since "Gintsuba" made from Kyoto from the first was auspicious
when considered. Although the round form modeled on the spittle of the
sword was seemingly an original form, a form square now is in use. Furthermore,
now, "Gintsuba" and "Kintsuba" are those fair (a name
changes with stores).
* "Kin":Gold, "Gin":Silver

The brand of Edo is pushed on "Kin-tsuba" wrapped in the skin with a thin outside. When it eats, inside is red bean-jam wrapped in the agar-like thing, and although it is the flavor which felt refreshed considerably, it is the baked confectionery of sweetness with a sufficient degree with which the flavor of an azuki bean is felt.
This is simple and decent sweets. But, "Kin-tsuba" is a peculiar taste. It is cooling and eats, and although I understand, if it says simply, contents may resemble sweet jellied bean paste.
