The "Naruto-Kintoki" potato of the Tokushima specialty is a delicious
sweet potato from which the skillful red skin and the yellow body are nationally
known for the feature. It is said that that name was given and it is suitable
for the sands of a "Naruto" district raising this potato since
"Kintoki" beans are resembled.
There were what and sweets which imitated this potato. Even if it eats the potato itself, I thinks that it is delicious, but it is interesting in what kind of sweets they are.
When the package was opened, the steamed filled dumplings of the form of a baked sweet potato came out. A smell is touch of the steamed filled dumplings of an ordinary "Hiyoko" system. If it eats, yellow jam which the grain of the starch of Naruto-Kintoki potato understands is contained in inside. Although it is jam in which there is the scent of a potato just a little bit, a potato is not felt so much. If nothing is eaten to not knowing, it may be felt as ordinary simple steamed filled dumplings.
It just called it the event linkage type sweets using Naruto-Kintoki potato. But, the plan is elaborated on the box or the package and it is very interesting. If given by the souvenir, we will be able to enjoy himself as a potato of imitation.
