Speaking of Japanese wine, the Katsunuma wine of Koshu is a brand leader of Japan which everybody accepts. It searched in order that I who am not well versed in wine may buy Katsunuma wine. Then, it gets to know that what and Katsunuma wine also mix and sell the wine from a foreign country in many cases. Under those circumstances, 100% from Katsunuma of wine was purchased.

After buying it, I thought that it would be kept in a refrigerator. But, there were the following notes.

Please keep and make it the following cool places. Please cool, when you drink.
White wine : 6-10 degrees Celsius
Red wine : Around 17 degrees Celsius
Rose wine : 8-10 degrees Celsius
Mmm, Wine are serious things.



Although I liked white wine, since polyphenol was contained, I decided to drink popular red wine. When it flows into Grass and a smell is smelled, it is that peculiar sour scent. When it drinks, it is sour too. But it is easy to drink some and is good touch. Although it has even a touch which is taking medicine rather than alcohol, since wine gets drunk gradually, it is wonderful.

It is so nice that some are drunk. This astringent taste, bitter taste, and sour think that appetite is excited. I have considered wine in the drink of the kind different from alcohol.
