 Report

It is said that Echizen Snow Crab is a nickname of the snow crab which can be taken in Fukui Prefecture, a male is called snow crab and the female is called "Seiko" crab. A yellow tag is attached to a nail and it is branded as Echizen Snow Crab. A season is from November to around March.

Incidentally, the crab caught in the ocean space from San-in to the Tango peninsula in Kyoto is called "Matsuba" crab.

Although we wants to eat Echizen Snow Crab at once, it is difficult in respect of money. But if it is the meal of a crab made in Fukui of the spot, it is eaten at a low price. Therefore, a packaged station lunch is eaten.

Oh, the smell which seems to be delicious as for a crab. If one leg of the crab which is upwards is eaten, it will be dry for a while, but it is nice at taste which was condensed. Boiled rice also mixes a crab, and is cooked and this is nice. Although there is usually much crab meat of the root of a leg in case of a crab meal of this sort, the leg with this perfectly nice is contained. If it warms, it seems to be nice, but as [ this ] is enough.
