 Report

Although various steamed filled dumplings of the Chinese style have a meat-filled steamed bun, a red bean-filled steamed bun, Chinese bunn, etc., the latest fashion is Kakuni-Manjyu of Nagasaki. Although those whom a sweet thing likes are almost uninterested, probably, the person who likes a meat-filled steamed bun wants to eat this Kakuni-Manjyu.

"Kakuni" is cuts of pork boiled with sugar, soy sauce, sweet sake and salt. "Kakuni" of a pig is in the main dish of a "Shippoku" dish. It is Kakuni-Manjyu that steamed filled dumplings is this "Kakuni" in detail. But it can be said that "Kakuni" was inserted into "Cut packet" of Chinese food.

A scent is generally close to a steamed bun with meat. The white skin has a form just like a shellfish, and is pinched in "Kakuni" of the pig of thick meat. When it eats, it is a taste near a ginger meat saute. Meat is soft and easy to eat. It steams and "Kakuni" of steamed filled dumplings and a pig is congenial.

Although a nice thing is nice, a price stretches truly. It will be felt nicer if cheap to a slight degree.
