Japanese Noted Foods   Persimmon Leaf Sushi
 Report

Why is there any famous sushi in Nara Prefecture distant from the sea? It will be convinced if it thinks well, and the pickles in vinegar as preserved food are considered. The place which uses abundant "leaves of a persimmon" in this district also has a meaning.

The leaf of a persimmon is drunk also as healthy tea, much flavonoid is contained in the extract of leaf of a persimmon, and vitamin C and tannin are also abundant. Since such an ingredient did not know the old man, did he know that it was experientially good for health? All flavonoid vitamin C and tannin have a preservation-from-decay action.

If a smell is smelled, there will be a smell with a grassy-smelling leaf of a persimmon, and marinated mackerel and the sweet scent of sushi rice. It is nice when marinated mackerel is eaten. When it says simply, it is the "marinated mackerel sushi" itself. When the salmon is eaten, there is no presence like marinated mackerel. I think that this is because mackerel is a disagreeable person. It is fairly nice.
