Besides famous "Rei-men" (: cold noodle), these "Jya-jya" noodles are also popular in Morioka. Although "Jya-jya" noodles serve as a noted product of Morioka, these days, it is coming to be eaten also except Morioka.
Seemingly, also in it, "Pairon" of a long-established store will be nice. But it cannot go up to Morioka easily.
However it may see these noodles, they are Japanese noodles. But it is strong nice Japanese noodles of elasticity. A cucumber, a Welsh onion, red pickled ginger, and hot meat bean paste have ridden. To it, vinegar, the red chili pepper oil containing sesame, and a taking-down garlic are put in, stirred and eaten. When it says simply, it is powerful Japanese noodles of hot meat bean paste of the flavor of ethnic or Southeast Asia.
After eating, when a fresh egg, the juice which boiled noodles, and meat bean paste are added into a bowl, it is completion of "Chii-tan-tan". Although appearance is egg soup, it is a curious taste which has not been drunk usually.
