It is Sweet bean paste originating in the name of a place called "Iwayado" of Oshu in southern Iwate. This area is also the place in which it resided before Mr. Oshu Fujiwara moved to Hiraizumi. "Esashi-Fujiwara-n-Sato" used also as photography places, such as a teleplay, is also in the Esashi-shi here.
Speaking of Sweet bean paste of Iwate, especially this "Iwayado" Sweet bean paste is famous. Other things do not occur.
I bought Black-paste from some kinds of inside. This is quite black and full of the scent of brown sugar. When eaten, it was brown sugar itself too. Ordinary Sweet bean paste and ordinary hardness are the same. The brown sugar of Okinawa is the touch set to Sweet bean paste as it is. Such Sweet bean paste is the first. But it is nice.
When Sweet bean paste is eaten, I want to usually come to drink tea. But,
it did not become so. When it ate, presence was in the mouth extremely,
but it was lost shapely after a while. This is surprise.
