Japanese Noted Foods   Inaniwa Udon
 Report

I think that it is the "Inaniwa-Udon" which is often usually eaten in the noted product of Akita. I think that the cold noodles of the "Inaniwa-Udon" eaten in summer are common. The "Inaniwa-Udon" wants to eat most in "So-men", "Hiyamugi", and "Inaniwa-Udon". But a problem is somewhat expensive.

Also in the "Inaniwa-Udon", it is said "The 7th Yosuke Sato Inaniwa-Udon" that it is nice. "The 8th Yosuke Sato" here appeared in the championship of TV, confronted Sanuki in Kagawa Prefecture, Kazo in Saitama Prefecture, and Goto of Nagasaki Prefecture, and won the victory splendidly.

Since, The "Inaniwa-Udon" is dried noodles, it is cooked also at home and is often eaten. It cooks like thin wheat noodles in summer, and it cooks like warm Japanese noodles and is eaten in winter. There are even various noodles from a thin thing to a thick thing. Thin noodles may call it "Inaniwa" thin wheat noodles.

If various "Inaniwa-Udon" is eaten, compared with thin wheat noodles, the taste of noodles will think that it is deep. Then, it is nice. It is said that the hole of air is vacant if the section of the "Inaniwa-Udon" is seen under a microscope. Probably, this is also one difference.
