Japanese Noted Foods   Potato Shochu
 Report

The barley shochu usually drunk generally does not have distinctive individuality, and it is easy to drink it. Although "Imo-shochu" is in the kind different from it, there are many things which are easy to drink this. Therefore, I did not expect that there was individuality peculiar to "Imo-shochu". However, has realized the dreadfulness of "Imo-shochu" this time.

There is a peculiar scent in this "Imo-shochu". The mistake had made this the whisky diluted with hot water of the plum. I am likely to be scolded by the connoisseur. It seems that it is better for "Imo-shochu" to enjoy a scent like awamori. Although he thinks that it will take to it if it gets used to this scent, it is likely to be drunk sick by the time it becomes so.

This time, drunk shochu is full-scale "Imo-shochu".

Since a few was only drunk, please make this report into a reference grade.
