Although "Hasekura-Yaki" is less than "Hagi-no-Tsuki", it is a famous souvenir of Sendai. But they are the sweets forgotten in many cases. Because the power of business is insufficient, it seldom sees in the shop.
This "Hasekura" of the "Hasekura-Yaki" does not say
the thing of a method which bakes sweets. It originates in Mr. "Hasekura-Tsunenaga"
which made a voyage to Rome by the command of Masamune Date of the Sendai
han. It originates but, seemingly, this maker is not related.

There will be the scent of Cookie, if a smell is smelled before eating.
If a few is gnawed and inside is seen, white bean paste which was transparent
puts and is contained. When it bites, there is sometimes resistance to
the teeth of a walnut. It is wet touch that white bean paste and Cookie
melt together, and it is a decent taste although it is fairly sweet. I
think that it is rather high-class confectionery. It is fairly nice.
These sweets are also such delicate sweets which are likely to be crushed if a strong shock is given.
