This unfamiliar Flower Bean is a kind of a kidney bean, and has purple Flower Bean and White Flower Bean, and it is said that it is grown only in cool land with an altitude of 700m or more. It is said that it is generally called a "Beni" flower kidney bean, and is also called "Bride Sasage" in the Urabandai plateau in Fukushima. It can also be 3cm in diameter, and since it is beans of red and white, it is said that it is used also as a good-luck article.

It is very large. Such big beans have not been seen. There is one twice the size of a broad bean. Inside is white when it eats by a half. And it is nice. The taste resembles the beans used in White bean jam. This is good. Although it is large, it is not the frank taste but a decent taste. Although the skin is blackish and slightly harder than an azuki bean, there is no resistance so much.
