Japanese Noted Foods  Hanagosho Persimmon
 Report

When the noted product of Tottori was looked for, this Hanagosho persimmon was found. A Hanagosho persimmon is a persimmon grown by only the Inaba district of the eastern part in Tottori Prefecture, and sweet taste and many juice are the features. Since it is good-looking for it to be large, it is the optimal persimmon for a present.

A persimmon has various kinds and it is interesting.

This persimmon has a size like the grasped fist. When it eats, it is as frank a taste as unexpected. There is little sweetness and sesame is faintly contained in yellow flesh. Two seeds were contained in the central part of big fruits. Since it is a persimmon of healthy touch, it has eaten like a salad.

Possibly this persimmon had not become the time still eaten since that is right to become very sweet. Since it is in large numbers, I will eat slowly. It is pleasure to become red.

It did not become so sweet even if it became red later. It became soft gently and was decent. Well, since agricultural products have a remarkable difference, the year does not show them.
