The Utsunomiya seems to be the consumer place of the No.1 "Gyoza"
Japan. In Utsunomiya, it is said that "Gyoza" is eaten in fast
food. The beginning will be because there was a delicious "Gyoza"
store. Now, it became famous nationally and "Gyoza" stores also
increased in number, it worked hard and the more delicious "Gyoza"
is done.
I have not go to the store of a "Gyoza" speciality. If it is
called "Gyoza", it will be reminded of "Gyoza" of a
ramen-noodles store, and "Gyoza" of a Chinese restaurant. I think
that it is uncanny with there being a "Gyoza" specialty store.
By the reason for saying, "Gyoza" of "Masashi" famous
also in the "Gyoza" store in Utsunomiya was ordered this time.
