The Sake is built in the Japan whole country. Also in it, Niigata and the
Tohoku district are the famous places of sake. Yamagata was the top when
the number of winning a prize of the contest of the sake in Heisei 15 was
seen. On the whole, Yamagata and Niigata excelled. Alcohol which is taken
out to a contest is the quality sake brewed from the finest rice of the
highest peak of sake.
There are the following kinds of sake.
1, "Futsu-shu"(Alcohol addition liquor)
2, "Hon-jyou-zo-shu"(Quantity of alcohol addition is less than
25%)
3, "Jyun-mai-shu"(Rice only)
4, "Gin-jyo-shu"( A rice-cleaning rate calls 60-50% "Gin-jyo",
and calls 50% or less "Dai-Gin-jyo".)

I went to the liquor store. There was only one Gin-jyo-shu from Yamagata in the shop.
When the lid of a 1-sho bottle (1800ml bottle) is opened, a sweet scent drifts. When I drank, I was surprised. It is a taste which has not been drunk until now. The pungent hardness is in fruity alcohol. It is very nice. This will not call it quality sake brewed from the finest rice. It was what different like this. If it is this skill, it is certain that when and "Gin-jyo-shu" is brought into the limelight. But a price is also high-class.
