As for Fuyu Persimmon, now, the Japan whole country is grown in every corner of the earth from the first. Since it was tasty for the top also with coloring well-shaped [ for it to be large ] and sufficient, it spread in the world. Since the basis started in Gifu Prefecture, it serves as a specialty of Gifu Prefecture. However, since now it is grown in various places, even if called the specialty of Gifu Prefecture, it does not understand.



If the Fuyu persimmon of a splendid large form is cut with it being unexpected, it applies to a tip part and is crowded with sesame. If it eats, there will be sound snappily, and there is also feeling like a salad. A seed is unexpectedly large and hard. Flesh is whitish although the skin is the yellow containing redness. The taste is modest in sweetness and it is decent.

This persimmon is a clean sweet big persimmon. Possibly, does it eat as a salad in foreign countries? I think that it is easy to carry out circulation since it is not soft.
