Japanese Noted Foods  Shark Fin
 Report

Speaking of Kesennuma, it is a base of deep-sea fishing and is also a fishing port where the delicacies from the sea of adjacent seas are landed. A shark is typical in it and about 90% of Japan is landed. It is exported also to China from Meiji Era, and, these days, shark fin ramen noodles serve as a noted product.

If it goes to Kesennuma, the scenery of "the shark fin currently dried by the sun" will be seen well. If it is heard by means of language, how does not have things, but if only the tail of a shark looks at the spectacle currently dried by the sun in large quantities, it is actually uncanny.

I thought that we could rarely eat since "Shark Fin" is high-class foods. However, these days, anyone became what is eaten easily.

Before eating, there was fishy the unusual taste or many things were imagined, but if it actually eats, it is touch like gelatin and there is no taste in itself. But if it is made cooking, it gets used with soup, and it will taste and will become deep. It is also dependent on soup whether it is nice.
