The "Hakata burabura" of the Noted Foods souvenir of Hakata is
the cake which covered "Gyu-hi" rice cake with red bean paste.
I want to excite interest to this "Gyu-hi" rice cake, and to
have come to eat. But seemingly, "Gyu-hi" rice cake will be the
same as the "Habutae" rice cake seen from Hokuriku to Kansai.
Incidentally, since the meaning of "Burabura" serves as "Bura"
when carving this rice cake, it is surmised freely that it must have named
it "Burabura".Seemingly, in the TV commercial of local Hakata,
it has sung with "Hakata-Burabura helium hangs and walks".

If a box is opened, on the white rice cake included in foil, smooth sweet beans rode and it has stood in a line tidily. What rice cake adheres to foil and it is hard to take is a difficulty. Somehow, this is unexpectedly nice when rice cake is removed and eaten. If it thinks that there is sweetness in which the back is fairly deep, sweet taste is attached also to rice cake. Red bean paste was contained not only in a top but inside in large numbers.
At the point of the difficulties which remove rice cake from foil, a happinessful of rice cake is waiting. It is new and reputable also for a family. When got carried away and eaten, behind, it was waiting also for heartburn.
