The Matsuyama of Ehime remembers Dogo Onsen and novel "Bocchan"
of Soseki Natsume. Oh, there is the "Pon" juice of the mandarin
orange, too. Therefore I decided to eat a famous "Bocchan" dumpling.
Seemingly I look like a Japanese sweet of Kyoto by all means. I think that it is a great thing if I created these three-color dumplings from the place having nothing. It is a very good idea.

The three-color dumpling has very good appearance. The taste that is refined when I eat. This is taste of a Japanese sweet coming out at wedding ceremonies. A transparent rice cake is in the center of the dumpling. The difference of each taste of the three-color dumpling is delicate, and it is difficult to feel a difference. A feeling that I see the box for children, but the contents are for adults.
I knew it later, but "Utsuboya" shop seems to be more famous for some reason.
