Japanese Noted Foods  Asashio
 Report

The feudal lord of the Matsue feudal clan of the Edo era is known as a daimyo master of tea ceremony of the latter period in the days of Edo. So, in Matsue of the castle town, powdered green tea and a cake are famous, and there is still a lot of Japanese sweets shop.

It is good, and, with the cake that "Yamakawa" which is called the one of three Japanese cakes of high quality in that is representative, the molded confection of this "Rakugan" is correct with powdered green tea. Because powdered green tea was not preference, I decided to eat another cake of high quality, "Asasio" of the elegance temple which formed this "Yamakawa".

When it watches a white cake for a hand, it is the touch with the elasticity. The taste of the wet Japanese sweet assumes that I eat. I may make too much rapid progress, but think that I do the taste that resembled "Uiro". Or is it taste of "Yam poteto"? This seems to be a steamed bun, and there is not it with a steamed bun. The bean jam of the inside looks like bean jam, but it is the Japanese sweet which processed bean jam. A refined, delicate Japanese sweet. It is difficult to tell this.
