Japanese Noted Foods   Akafuku
 Report

Those prayer to Ise-jingu Grand Shrine is a famous ceremony called "Oise-mairi". "Akafuku" born in Monzen-cho of the Ise-jingu Grand Shrine is a rice cake loved from old days. By a product exhibition of the department store, this red fortune was sold once. However, the front of the sales floor of the person was stood in line, and the rice cake was sold out immediately. I sensed the information beforehand this time and went to buy it with opening of a store and at last was able to eat.

Are there anything, divine favor?

The mountains of the bean jam formed a line neatly when I opened a box. There was a rice cake at the bottom when I scooped the mountain with the spatula of the tree which stuck, and Anko got on the top. When it eats, it is an expected delicious rice cake. The rice cake is tender, but is delicious because it is a genuine rice cake. Over-optimism is modest, and is refined; go, and is the bean jam rice cake of the filling.

The form of the mountain seems to make it with a finger. From old days, it is this form.
